This change reflects the organization’s commitment to excellence and transparency and allows for more efficient processes and communications with donors, parents, and schools. As of October 2025, taxpayers wishing to request the QEE Tax Credit, and parents wishing to apply for the 2026 Pay it Forward Scholarship for their child, will first need to create an account in Pay it Forward Scholarships Online Portal (one account per household and/or married couple) and then submit the appropriate and applicable form(s).

Data is encrypted in motion over secure HTTPS (port 443) utilizing SSL protocols and algorithms. Current encryption standards are SSL encryption using TLSv1.3, and backwards compatible with TLSv1.2 with SHA-256 with RSA \ certificate. SSL certificates are rotated annually
