Pay it Forward Scholarships
(or PIFS) Portal
Pay it Forward Scholarships is excited to announce that the organization is now using a software process by Foundant Technologies to collect scholarship applications and tax credit requests. This change reflects the organization’s commitment to excellence and transparency and allows for more efficient processes and communications with donors, parents, and schools.
As of October 2025, taxpayers wishing to request the QEE Tax Credit, and parents wishing to apply for the 2026 Pay it Forward Scholarship for their child, will first need to create an account in Pay it Forward Scholarships Online Portal (one account per household and/or married couple) and then submit the appropriate and applicable form(s). If you have not created a new account since this time, please create an account.

If someone clicks “Forgot My Password,” they should receive the reset email promptly-usually within a few minutes. If it doesn’t show up, it is a good idea to check the spam or junk folder, just in case it took a wrong turn on its way to the inbox.
If you still do not find it, you may need to create an account.
Question - Have you created an account since October 2025? The Portal is brand new. Unless you created an account since October, you will need to create an account.

Auto-saving every 100 characters means users do not lose their work even if they lose Internet access.
Automated email confirmations and reminders keep users in the loop and on-track throughout the process.
The portal is a single location where users can view current past scholarship applications and tax credit requests, as well as start new ones.

Parents will enjoy having the ability to save and return to their child’s application. This will be especially helpful for parents who begin an application not realizing that their most recently filed tax return is needed to successfully submit the application.
Parents with more than one child will also enjoy being able to copy their answers from one application to another so they don’t have to re-enter the same information. Note: Parents will just have to make sure to update the child’s name and other information that is different from the previous submission.
We believe that parents will enjoy having only one account that will allow them to complete the entire process from submitting an application to accepting the scholarship!
