How to Claim the Tax Credit
The Georgia Department of Revenue (GA DOR) requires taxpayers to file their Georgia income tax returns electronically to claim the QEE Tax Credit (Credit #125). Taxpayers may not claim the credit by filing a paper Georgia Form 500.
